No. We changed our pricing structure this year to make it simpler and now anyone can attend at our low member rates, not just members of our sites. The Conferences will be held on November 1st and 2nd, in San Francisco and by Live Video Webcast (and archived if you have a conflict on any of those dates). Here are the agendas for the conferences (note that the 8th Annual Executive Compensation Conference agenda will be posted in a few months). Those that listen to our webcasts know the caliber of our content and that we carefully select our speakers so that practical guidance is the order of the day. The Conferences will be practical and will be critical - so every person involved with drafting proxy disclosures or in the executive pay processes should attend. Although there is some guidance that will be imparted during the "8th Annual Executive Compensation Conference" on how to draft and review proxy compensation disclosures, there also will be guidance provided on a wider variety of practices, such as what compensation committees should be doing now.
