- Our in-person sessions will take place in Plaza A of the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, located on the Lobby Level.
- All in-person sessions and programs are taking place in the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
- All sessions, except Tuesday morning's keynote, will be streamed live to our virtual audience via our conference platform and app, RingCentral Events.

- Can I pay for just one of the conferences if I don’t want to attend both?
- The 2024 Proxy Disclosure and 21st Annual Executive Compensation Conferences are bundled together into a single two-day event for registration and pricing. Most attendees are interested in the topics covered on both days of the conferences.
- What are your registration options?

- What are the benefits of getting a multi-attendee virtual license for the conferences?
- We offer two multi-attendee virtual licensing options. One will allow an organization to register up to seven virtual attendees, and one will permit registration of an unlimited number of virtual attendees from a single organization.
- The multiple attendee licenses allow anyone in your organization to access the virtual conference sessions (via live video webcast or the archived content) from any location – at a significant discount to the virtual single-attendee price. Even if you've already purchased a single attendee virtual license, you can still upgrade to a firmwide license.
- What if I miss conference sessions?
- We will archive all conference sessions, except for Tuesday's keynote, so you can go back and watch the conferences at any time until October 15, 2025.
- How do I access the video archives of the conferences?
- All in-person and virtual registrants will receive an email with instructions for accessing the conference archives. Be sure to retain this email!
- NASPP Registrants: If you are an NASPP member and/or purchased access to the 2024 Proxy Disclosure and 21st Annual Executive Compensation Conferences from NASPP, your registration type does not include access to the archives.
- How long will I have access to the archives of the conferences?
- All in-person and virtual registrants will have access to the archives of the conferences until October 15, 2025.
- May I earn continuing education credit for attending the conferences?
- We will apply for CLE credit for the conferences. Most states allow credit for lawyers who attend in person or via live video webcasts as they are airing. As we get closer, we will post a list of states for which the conferences are accredited. Please review our CLE FAQ page for more information. Should you have further questions about CLE credits, please contact our CLE provider, CEU Institute, at 800-556-3559.
- CCRcorp does not offer CPE credits for our programing. If you are a NASPP member wishing to receive CPE credits, please learn more HERE.
- Will written transcripts of the panels from the conferences be made available?
- Yes. Transcripts will be available for conference attendees a few weeks after the conferences end and can be accessed via the archives.
- Where can I access the conferences' course materials?
- Course materials will be available for in-person and virtual attendees via the conference platform and app (RingCentral Events) for viewing and downloading. You may access these with a laptop or mobile device.
- Can I ask questions before, during or after the conferences?
- Yes, our two “SEC All-Stars” panels will feature dedicated time for Q&A. For in-person attendees, microphones will be available for our audience members to use during those Q&A sessions.
- For virtual attendees, a chat box will be available during all panels, but because of the fast-moving nature of this event, we can't guarantee all questions will be answered or posed to the panelists.
- Members of TheCorporateCounsel.net and CompensationStandards.com can post in our Q&A forums on those sites at any time and those posts can be anonymous. If you have questions in advance of the conferences that you’d like to see covered, please email them to john@thecorporatecounsel.net.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- All registrations are non-refundable.

Do you provide accommodations for disabled attendees or for dietary restrictions? How would I ask for accommodations?

If you're attending the conference in person in San Francisco, most people will be in business casual attire. Think “professional but comfortable.” We recommend wearing layers so that you feel good in varying temperatures.

- What is your conference app and why should I use it?

- What is included with my virtual registration?
- Your virtual registration includes the following:
- Access to all Proxy Disclosure and Executive Compensation sessions happening Oct. 14-15, except for the keynote session on Oct. 15 at 8:20am PST.
- Continuing education credit opportunities for CLE.
- Access to the conferences' archives and transcripts until Oct. 15, 2025.
- What type of equipment will I need to attend the conferences virtually?
- Currently, RingCentral Events platform is fully compatible with Desktop (web) on the following browsers updated to the latest version:

How do I access the conferences?
- Your registration confirmation email and most of the automated event emails contain your personalized Magic Link. Click on it to be instantly directed to the event. The Magic Link acts as an “access pass” into the event. It bypasses the need for registered users to sign into RingCentral Events and brings you directly into your RingCentral Events account and into the event. Your Magic Link is unique to you and cannot be shared with others.
- Once in the event, click the “Stage” button from the menu on the left of the webpage. In order to view the session currently playing on stage, you will need to press the play button on the video.
